Rock Port High School senior, Gretchen Tharp, has signed to join the 2018-19 ladies golf roster.  Tharp's game has steadily progressed during her prep career.  Capped by qualifying for the 2017 State Tournament, Gretchen was also a two-year Sectional Qualifier, and the recipient of the 275 Conference Scholar Athlete Award.  Off the golf course, Tharp has been extremely active being a member of FBLA, FCCLA, and 4H.  Academically, she is a member of the National Honor Society and has qualified for the Honor Roll all four years.

"I'm excited to have Gretchen joining our program as she is a solid student in the classroom and has been rapidly improving on the course the past couple of seasons.  We will continue working on getting Gretchen comfortable in tournament play and course management, with results that will show balanced scoring.  Gretchen has a great personality that will mesh well with our team and is eager to help our team succeed on and off the course," commented Head Girls Coach Daniel Cordray.
