The North Central Missouri College Pirates cross country teams continued their fall schedule with several strong performances on Friday.
In the women's 5K, Jacey Cook moved up in the team rankings and set a season-best time of 27:14, finishing 52nd overall. Right behind her was Andrea Jenkins, who also recorded a season-best effort of 27:21, placing 53rd out of 55 competitors.
On the men's side in the 69 runner field, Robert Muselman led the Pirates with a personal-record time of 32:51 in the 8K race, earning a 58th-place finish. Aden Sartorius rounded out the lineup, battling through a tough day to finish 69th with a time of 45:42.
The Pirates will return to training over the next couple of weeks before competing again on October 25 at the NJCAA Region 16 Championship Meet.
